Tom Felton Transforms in the Sci-Fi Action Film ‘Altered’ – Official Trailer Released

Well Go USA has released the official trailer for Altered, a new sci-fi thriller directed by Finnish filmmaker Timo Vuorensola — best known for the Iron Sky films and 97 Minutes. Set in an alternate present rebuilt after a nuclear war, the film explores a world where genetically enhanced humans rule society, while ordinary people — known as “Specials” — struggle on the margins.

The story follows Leon (played by Tom Felton) and Chloe, two outcasts who rise up against corrupt leaders exploiting genetic inequality, risking everything to fight for justice. The cast also includes Elizaveta Bugulova, Richard Brake, Aggy K. Adams, and Igor Zhizhikin.

Filmed in Kazakhstan, the movie’s futuristic cityscape is a CGI-enhanced version of Astana, adding a distinct visual flavor to its dystopian setting. Altered is slated for release this November, for those curious to see how this sci-fi rebellion unfolds — even if the trailer itself feels a bit confusing.

Aura Entertainment has dropped the official trailer for Wildcat, a high-stakes heist thriller directed by James Nunn (known for Shark Bait, One Shot, and One More Shot). Not to be confused with the Ethan Hawke movie of the same name, this film — also known at one point as Lioness — follows a former special ops team reuniting for one final mission: a daring robbery to save their commander’s kidnapped daughter.

Set against London’s gritty underworld, the movie features Kate Beckinsale, Lewis Tan, Charles Dance, Tom Bennett, Alice Krige, Edmund Kingsley, and Matt Willis. Wildcat is slated for a VOD release in the coming weeks, for anyone curious to see if the crew pulls off their dangerous heist.

While the premise sounds intense, the trailer itself doesn’t make a particularly strong impression.
