BUYBUST (2018) Official US Trailer

"The only way out - is to fight." Well Go USA has debuted an awesome new full-length official trailer for an action thriller from the Philippines titled BuyBust, the latest film made by veteran Filipino filmmaker Erik Matti. The teaser trailer was promising, and this trailer has some impressive action as well. Might actually be worth a watch. The plot of BuyBust involves the anti-drug enforcement agency staging a massive drug bust in the slums of Manila in the Philippines. But when things go wrong, they get stuck in the middle of a brutal drug gang and hordes of bloodthirsty citizens, so their only option is to fight their way out. Hell yes. Anne Curtis (from In Your Eyes, The Gifted) stars, with Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying, Victor Neri, Joross Gamboa, Nafa Hilario-Cruz, Brandon Vera, and Nonie Buencamino. The action in this looks totally badass! These fights plus Anne Curtis kicking ass - this film is on my must see list for sure.

This just premiered at the New York Asian Film Festival last month. Well Go USA will release Matti's BuyBust in select US theaters starting on August 1st next month. Who's down?

Fantastic Beasts- The Crimes of Grindelwald - Official Comic-Con Trailer

"Magic blooms only in rare souls… Still we must skulk in the shadows." Warner Bros has debuted a new full-length trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, following its premiere inside of Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. This epic sequel is once again directed by David Yates, the next chapter in the newest J.K. Rowling spin-off series. Eddie Redmayne returns as magizoologist Newt Scamander, and the rest of the key cast is back: Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Carmen Ejogo, Zoe Kravitz, Ezra Miller, Alison Sudol. Newcomers for this sequel include Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald, Jessica Williams, Claudia Kim, and Callum Turner, plus Jude Law as a young Albus Dumbledore. This is a serious, full-on 3+ minute trailer with some very epic footage. I'm honestly excited, it looks great. It's also nice to go back into a fully realized, detailed world of creatures and magic everywhere. Take a look.

Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is once again directed by English filmmaker David Yates, of the first Fantastic Beasts, plus Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, plus Half-Blood Prince, and both Deathly Hallows. Warner Bros will release Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in theaters everywhere starting on November 16th later this fall. Looking better?

Aquaman - Official Trailer

"The only way to stop this war, is for you to take your rightful place as king." Warner Bros has released the first official trailer for James Wan's Aquaman movie, following its debut in Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. This is another epic trailer, giving us a very exciting first look at this new DC movie, which fans have been waiting to get a look at for a while now. The character of Aquaman, also known as Arthur Curry, first appeared in Zack Snyder's Justice League movie, and this solo feature takes place after the events of that movie. Jason Momoa stars as Aquaman, with Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Randall Park, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Willem Dafoe, Graham McTavish, Temuera Morrison, Michael Beach, Ludi Lin, and featuring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta. This is looking very good and action packed, with some big moments teased - an epic underwater war and lots of cool creatures. Dive in.

A Simple Favor (2018 Movie) Official Trailer – Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively

"Oh, you do not want to be friends with me. Trust me." After two impressive teaser trailers earlier this year, Lionsgate has finally debuted the full-length official trailer for the mystery film A Simple Favor, the latest from acclaimed director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat, Spy, Ghostbusters). This is looking better and better the more we see, I'm so very curious. Anna Kendrick plays a mommy vlogger who seeks to uncover the truth behind her best friend's sudden disappearance from their small town. Blake Lively co-stars as Emily, and this also features Linda Cardellini, Henry Golding, Rupert Friend, Eric Johnson, Jean Smart, Sarah Baker, and Andrew Rannells. I love the title card saying "From the Dark Side of Director Paul Feig" - a perfect way to describe his switch from comedy to this. I'm so ready for it, bring on the truth.

Stephanie is joined by Emily's husband Sean (Henry Golding) in this stylish thriller filled with twists and betrayals, secrets and revelations, love and loyalty, murder and revenge. A Simple Favor is directed by American filmmaker Paul Feig, of the films Life Sold Separately, I Am David, Unaccompanied Minors, Bridesmaids, The Heat, Spy, and Ghostbusters previously. The screenplay is written by Paul Feig and Jessica Sharzer, adapted from the novel by Darcey Bell first published in 2017. Don't Leave Home - Trailer

"You might hear some strange things… don't pay any attention to it." Cranked Up Films has released an official US trailer for an indie horror thriller titled Don't Leave Home, the latest feature from filmmaker Michael Tully (Cocaine Angel, Septien, Ping Pong Summer). This premiered at the SXSW Film Festival and it also played at the Sarasota, Montclair, and Galway Film Festivals. Don't Leave Home is about an American artist's obsession with a disturbing urban legend that takes her to an investigation of the story's origins at the crumbling estate of a reclusive painter in Ireland. It's being called "Get Out with Catholic guilt in the Irish countryside" and a film that proves "not all mysteries should be solved." The film's cast includes Anna Margaret Hollyman, Lalor Roddy, Helena Bereen, David McSavage, and Karrie Cox. I like all the shots of the animals creepily staring at her. The film looks quite good, I will admit, and fairly creepy.

Now, summoned by Burke and his cohort to the Irish countryside for a special art commission, Melanie eagerly accepts the offer, never stopping to consider that some urban legends might be true. Don't Leave Home is both written and directed by American filmmaker Michael Tully, director of the films Cocaine Angel, Septien, and Ping Pong Summer previously. This first premiered at the SXSW Film Festival, and played at a few other fests earlier this year. One Final Trailer for End of the World Movie 'How It Ends' on Netflix

"Now matter what happens we're going to make it! Okay?" Netflix has launched one final trailer for an intense end of the world movie titled How It Ends, the latest from filmmaker David M. Rosenthal (Janie Jones, A Single Shot, The Perfect Guy). How It Ends is a post-apocalyptic survival thriller, where they're not sure what exactly is happening and/or what exactly the apocalypse is. The plot involves a desperate father trying to return home to his pregnant wife after a mysterious event turns everything to chaos. Theo Jamesstars, along with Forest Whitaker, Kat Graham, Kerry Bishé, Mark O'Brien, Nicole Ari Parker, and Grace Dove. This is available on Netflix today, so they're giving it one big push in hopes some of you want to watch this. Or maybe no one wants to escape to an apocalyptic story when it's already so bad. Enjoy.

Duck Duck Goose - Official Trailer [HD] - Netflix

"Am I crazy, or is your brother indestructible?" Netflix has launched the first official trailer for an animated adventure comedy titled Duck Duck Goose, which is a play on the name of the children's chase game also known as "Duck Duck Goose". The story is about a pompous bachelor goose who is forced to accompany two little lost ducklings as they journey south for the winter. Jim Gaffigan stars as the voice of Peng, joined by Zendaya, Lance Lim, Greg Proops, Reggie Watts, Natasha Leggero, Diedrich Bader, Stephen Fry, Craig Ferguson, Jennifer Grey, Rick Overton, and Carl Reiner. This looks cute and slightly amusing, but definitely for kids. Plus we all know how the story will play out and all the lessons he'll learn.

A high-flying bachelor goose (Jim Gaffigan) is saddled with two baby ducklings after he's grounded by an injury. They go on an adventure on their way south for the winter. Duck Duck Goose is directed by Welsh filmmaker Christopher Jenkins, making his feature directorial debut after years of experience working as an effects animator for Disney and Sony Animation and producing a few animated films previously. The screenplay is written by Rob Muir & Christopher Jenkins, with Scott Atkinson and Tegan West; based on an original story by Christopher Jenkins. This already opened in the UK and some of Europe earlier this year. Netflix will release Jenkins' Duck Duck Goose streaming exclusively starting on July 20th later this month
