Third Trailer for Ruben Fleischer's 'Venom' Movie Starring Tom Hardy

"Humans are disposable… But man and symbiote combined - this is the new race." Whoa!! Sony Pictures has debuted a third official trailer for the Venom movie, following its premiere inside of Hall H at the San Diego Comic-Con. The second teaser trailer was great, but this is even better - and it runs a full 3 minutes. Tom Hardy is journalist Eddie Brock in this anti-hero thriller, directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland, 30 Minutes or Less, Gangster Squad). This looks like it might be the movie fans of the dark symbiote have been waiting for. The cast includes Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate, Riz Ahmed, Woody Harrelson, Michelle Lee, Sailor Larocque, Reid Scott, and a rumored appearance by Tom Holland as Spidey. Okay, this finally looks awesome. Really, really into this - the VFX are looking solid, and it looks extra dark.

One of Marvel's most enigmatic, complex and badass characters comes to the big screen. From Wikipedia: Development on this Venom film, a spin-off from the Spider-Man franchise, first began with producer Avi Arad in 2007. After going through various iterations, an R-rated standalone film was confirmed in March of 2017. The intention was to begin a new shared universe featuring the Marvel characters to which Sony has the film rights, though Sony also intends for the film to share the world of Spider-Man: Homecoming, which is set in the MCU because of a deal between Sony and Marvel Studios. Rosenberg and Pinkner were set to write, with Fleischer and Hardy brought on-board in May 2017. Filming began in October, in Atlanta and New York. Venom is directed by American filmmaker Ruben Fleischer, of Zombieland, 30 Minutes or Less, and Gangster Squad previously. The screenplay is written by Scott Rosenberg, Jeff Pinkner, and Kelly Marcel. Sony releases Venom in theaters everywhere starting on October 5th this fall. How does that look?

Godzilla- King of the Monsters - Official Trailer

"Love live the King." He's back!! Warner Bros has debuted the first official full-length trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters, following its premiere inside of Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. This sequel to Gareth Edwards's Godzilla reboot from 2014 is directed by Michael Dougherty (Trick 'r Treat, Krampus), and looking even more epic as Godzilla must battle other massive monsters, including Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three headed King Ghidorah. And yes we get a very quick glimpse at him in this. Dougherty's Godzilla: King of the Monsters stars Millie Bobby Brown (from "Stranger Things") plus Bradley Whitford, Vera Farmiga, Sally Hawkins, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Kyle Chandler, Charles Dance, Zhang Ziyi, Thomas Middleditch, with Ken Watanabe. So far, so good! This actually looks amazing - I love the Clair De Lune music, it looks so massive and spectacular and thrilling, oh my goodness.

When these ancient superspecies, thought to be mere myths, rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity's very existence hanging in the balance. Godzilla: King of the Monsters is directed by American filmmaker Michael Dougherty, director of Trick 'r Treat and Krampus previously, and screenwriter on the early X-Men movies. The screenplay is written by Max Borenstein, Zach Shields, and Michael Dougherty. Warner Bros will release Godzilla: King of the Monsters in theaters everywhere starting May 31st, 2019 next summer. First impression? Excited?

Glass - Official Trailer [HD]

"This is not a cartoon, this is the real world." Universal has revealed the first official teaser trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's Glass, the highly anticipated sequel to Shyamalan's Split from 2016, which turned out to be a secret sequel to Unbreakable. Glass combines all three and brings back all of the characters: James McAvoy as Kevin Wendell Crumb, a serial killer with 24 personalities; Bruce Willis as the "unbreakable" David Dunn; and Samuel L. Jackson as the frail evil villain Elijah Price, aka Mr. Glass. The full cast also includes Sarah Paulson as their psychiatrist, Anya Taylor-Joy, Spencer Treat Clark, Luke Kirby, Charlayne Woodard, and Rob Yang. This is a hell of a first trailer, really getting right into it and giving us some footage that looks fantastic. I am more than sold on this, it looks even better than I was expecting.

Security guard David Dunn (Bruce Willis) uses his unique supernatural abilities to track Kevin Wendell Crumb (James McAvoy), a disturbed man who has 24 personalities. Glass is both written and directed by American filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan, director of the films Praying with Anger, Wide Awake, The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village, Lady in the Water, The Happening, The Last Airbender, After Earth, The Visit, and Split previously. This is produced by Jason Blum and M. Night Shyamalan, along with Marc Bienstock and Ashwin Rajan, co-produced by John Rusk, and executive produced by Kevin Scott Frakes and Steven Schneider. Universal will be releasing M. Night Shyamalan's Glass in theaters everywhere starting January 18th, 2019 at the beginning of next year. First impression? Who's excited for it already?

BUYBUST (2018) Official US Trailer

"The only way out - is to fight." Well Go USA has debuted an awesome new full-length official trailer for an action thriller from the Philippines titled BuyBust, the latest film made by veteran Filipino filmmaker Erik Matti. The teaser trailer was promising, and this trailer has some impressive action as well. Might actually be worth a watch. The plot of BuyBust involves the anti-drug enforcement agency staging a massive drug bust in the slums of Manila in the Philippines. But when things go wrong, they get stuck in the middle of a brutal drug gang and hordes of bloodthirsty citizens, so their only option is to fight their way out. Hell yes. Anne Curtis (from In Your Eyes, The Gifted) stars, with Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying, Victor Neri, Joross Gamboa, Nafa Hilario-Cruz, Brandon Vera, and Nonie Buencamino. The action in this looks totally badass! These fights plus Anne Curtis kicking ass - this film is on my must see list for sure.

This just premiered at the New York Asian Film Festival last month. Well Go USA will release Matti's BuyBust in select US theaters starting on August 1st next month. Who's down?

Fantastic Beasts- The Crimes of Grindelwald - Official Comic-Con Trailer

"Magic blooms only in rare souls… Still we must skulk in the shadows." Warner Bros has debuted a new full-length trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, following its premiere inside of Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. This epic sequel is once again directed by David Yates, the next chapter in the newest J.K. Rowling spin-off series. Eddie Redmayne returns as magizoologist Newt Scamander, and the rest of the key cast is back: Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Carmen Ejogo, Zoe Kravitz, Ezra Miller, Alison Sudol. Newcomers for this sequel include Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald, Jessica Williams, Claudia Kim, and Callum Turner, plus Jude Law as a young Albus Dumbledore. This is a serious, full-on 3+ minute trailer with some very epic footage. I'm honestly excited, it looks great. It's also nice to go back into a fully realized, detailed world of creatures and magic everywhere. Take a look.

Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is once again directed by English filmmaker David Yates, of the first Fantastic Beasts, plus Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, plus Half-Blood Prince, and both Deathly Hallows. Warner Bros will release Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in theaters everywhere starting on November 16th later this fall. Looking better?

Aquaman - Official Trailer

"The only way to stop this war, is for you to take your rightful place as king." Warner Bros has released the first official trailer for James Wan's Aquaman movie, following its debut in Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. This is another epic trailer, giving us a very exciting first look at this new DC movie, which fans have been waiting to get a look at for a while now. The character of Aquaman, also known as Arthur Curry, first appeared in Zack Snyder's Justice League movie, and this solo feature takes place after the events of that movie. Jason Momoa stars as Aquaman, with Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Randall Park, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Willem Dafoe, Graham McTavish, Temuera Morrison, Michael Beach, Ludi Lin, and featuring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta. This is looking very good and action packed, with some big moments teased - an epic underwater war and lots of cool creatures. Dive in.

A Simple Favor (2018 Movie) Official Trailer – Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively

"Oh, you do not want to be friends with me. Trust me." After two impressive teaser trailers earlier this year, Lionsgate has finally debuted the full-length official trailer for the mystery film A Simple Favor, the latest from acclaimed director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat, Spy, Ghostbusters). This is looking better and better the more we see, I'm so very curious. Anna Kendrick plays a mommy vlogger who seeks to uncover the truth behind her best friend's sudden disappearance from their small town. Blake Lively co-stars as Emily, and this also features Linda Cardellini, Henry Golding, Rupert Friend, Eric Johnson, Jean Smart, Sarah Baker, and Andrew Rannells. I love the title card saying "From the Dark Side of Director Paul Feig" - a perfect way to describe his switch from comedy to this. I'm so ready for it, bring on the truth.
